Discussion: Have you ever tried yoga? If not, would you like to?

  1. I have never traid yoga but I think it is the best way to relax and it is good for losing weight.As I know ,when you do yoga you have opportunity to improve your body, your soul,your mind and so on.It is amasing way to make your body more flaxible.
    So,I would like to try it but when?- I do not know.

  2. Generally think that yoga is one of the best way to de-stress our mind and relax our self.
    In our country we have yoga ananda and if you want you can go and get some de-stress activities.
    Unfortunately I have never tried to do yoga, maybe that’s why I never have a chance do it.
    I would like to try do yoga and think that it’s will be good for my health and not only, and after hard day go to the gym think it’s great idea.

    I have never tried yoga, but I think it's very useful for health.
    with yoga, your body becomes stronger and you have more energy during day. also it's the best way to lost your extra way.
    I would like try to do yoga. I know, there are many yoga center in Georgia. So, i hope I have chance to go there in future.

  4. I think that yoga is the best way to relax and also to have a beautiful body. Yoga helps you to de-stress your mind and the best side of it is that by yoga we can relax not only our body also our souls cause we are extremly tired and weakened nowadays.
    Personally i've never tried yoga but as the time goes i realize that my body and also my mind gets more and more tired so as soon as i manage to find a little free time i will obviously try it.

  5. Well, I have tried yoga once, but just for fun. For me, this kind of meditation isn't perfect to release from stress. Focusing on breathing- I don't like it. Also you have to be quiet, sit without moving and concentrate on "something" during 90 minutes-it's boring. In my opinion, for relaxing after the tiring day in gym, other things are better, for example lie down and listen to music or watch TV.
    The only reason why I like yoga is that, it helps to get your body more powerful and lose extra kilos.

  6. I've never tried yoga, I thought that it was difficult to be performed because it is time-consuming for complete relaxation. After I've read this article about yoga, I think that all of us will try, because it helps you to feel better. You get relaxed. I think, that 90 minutes are less for yoga. I would like to have yoga in the evening after a long, busy day.

  7. Yes, I have tried yoga myself, it is the one of the best way to relax. I always exercise in the mornings and it helps me to feel good character all day long. Although Yoga includes physical exercise, it is also lifestyle practice. Yoga is good for everything, training your mind, body and breath.

I have never tried yoga,but I would like to,because:first of all I am interested this proces,besides I think that ,yoga helps people to relax, de-stresed,to get fit and also yoga will give positive energia if you try yoga every day.Most people choose yoga for de-stressed.This is a best way to bring your bodies into balance and find stillness,this helps people to perform better in our daily activities.There ara diferents kind of yoga: physical, mental, and spiritual .I think yoga is very good our health,mind and body,but I do not belive spiritual wxercises.

  9. whan i was 16 yers old i have a gost from avstria, she stay in my house one mounth. she got up early and did yoga every morning. i interested what was yoga and bigan to did this. but this exsperiment wos very short, whan my gest left my house i left it. becouse i am very lizy girl, i think yoga is best thing to relax and find your self. sometimes when i am very sad i use yoga, i set as buda and i can rexlas. everything goes and you became happy
    i would like it to do every day
